Due to the intensive development of our operations, we are currently seeking an experienced individual for our Warsaw office in the position of:
Business Development Manager - Ocean & Air Department
Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining strong and lasting relationships with key clients
- Preparing offers and negotiating terms of cooperation with clients
- Identifying new sales opportunities with current clients
- Achieving designated sales goals and plans in line with the company's strategy
- Market analysis and understanding client needs
- Building brand awareness and shaping the company's image in the market
- Daily collaboration with the logistics team and supporting departments.
Our requirements:
- Experience in selling transportation services
- Communicative proficiency in English
- Independence and experience in business negotiations
- Communication skills and excellent organizational skills
- Own client portfolio in maritime transport (especially in exports to the USA) will be a strong advantage
- Category B driving license.
